Defalt Got a Better

Hi!

Quick update. I've rebuilt a lot of the internals to make everything more reliable and consistent. You shouldn't notice the behind-the-scenes work, but things should just feel better.

One heads up: because of these changes, some of your settings might reset to defaults. If things look different than you remember, that's why. Defalt is still in beta, and I'm actively improving the foundations. Apologies for any inconvenience.

What's new:

• Background colors on Ghost Grid, Ghost Cards, and Image with Text sections

Defalt is a side project, so updates take a bit longer than I'd like. Here's what's on my list next:

• Export code: Copy any section's code so you can use it in other Ghost themes, or download it as a standalone file. Useful if you want to mix custom sections into a different theme.
• AI-assisted editing: Describe what you want, and AI helps build it. Still early thinking on this one.

If there's something you'd like to see first, let me know. I'm genuinely open to suggestions. One more thing Defalt is open source, GitHub issues are open if you find bugs or have feature requests. And if you're a developer, collaborations are very welcome.
